Less well hidden…but doesn’t care
The heads of Giant Anteaters are in completely the wrong proportion to their bodies (and tails). They walk on the outside of their feet (and hands), with claws curving inward. Strange animal!!
What the heck do they do with that enormous tail?
Anyone know what these aquatic mammals are? Hint, not a beaver or a muskrat.

I have never seen raccoons in trees, but there were several of them here, relaxing in the late afternoon sunshine. Wikipedia shows more photos of raccoons in trees than on the ground, so I guess it’s a common behavior.
Normally nocturnally active, raccoons must like napping in the afternoon. A big yawn preceded head drooping posture in this fellow. Nice teeth, buddy.
Two oldest and the youngest grandkids try to duplicate actions of monkeys they have been watching…
